e2 Resource Library

This e2 Resource Library is a platform for sharing learnings gained from more than 40 years of work in the field of community economic development. This history of work has led to the creation of the e2 development framework to support the work of building an entrepreneurial ecosystem in communities nationwide, including the work in Central Appalachia. Thanks to the collaboration of LOCUS Impact Investing and e2 Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, you can access an introduction and guides to our five core resources through the links below:

  • Introduction to e2U
  • Community Readiness for Entrepreneurship
  • Organizing for Action
  • Assessments to Strategy
  • Working with Entrepreneurs
  • Metrics, Stories and Sustainability

Our partner, e2 Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, maintains a broader e2 University resource which they will share free of cost to anyone willing to join their National Entrepreneurial Ecosystems Network and share their learning, stories, and experiences with the field. We encourage you to join and become part of this growing national movement!
